The TTX + S version is presented as a seal + anti-extrusion ring, which has the same internal and external diameters of the seal with which it must be coupled.
This version is used when the extrusion, pressure and mechanical coupling mechanisms are particularly high.
The TTX type is suitable for rod sealing. Like all seals made with "TECNOLAN" Polyurethane, its main characteristics include a high elastic modulus, low deformation and good resistance to abrasion, while its profile ensures perfect sealing and minimal friction, guaranteeing high reliability. It has been designed for use in particularly severe operating conditions. The presence of a second lip, located in the part of the dynamic seal, due to the effect of the radial preload, ensures a perfect sealing even in the presence of high pressure, high extrusion factor and wide mechanical coupling.
