Roto-Gir are seals dedicated to rotating shafts and rotary joints.
The gasket is made up of a part that comes into contact with the loaded PTFE sealing part and an elastomer O-ring.
The O-ring ensures the seal at low pressures, while high pressures ensure the right load on the seal.
The O-ring is chosen based on the operating temperatures and the fluids it comes into contact with.
The seat dimensions are optimized to prevent the gasket from rotating integrally with the countersurface.
It is a specific seal for slow rotational, fast translational and combined roto-translational movements
Maximum pressure 800 bar, operating temperature from -60 to + 150°C
GENERAL CHARACTERISTICS
Easy assembly
High abrasion resistance
High resistance to extrusion
Low deformation value
APPLICATIONS
Mobile hydraulics, rotary joints and grippers.
ROTO-GIR are interchangeable with: ROTO GLYD RING /TG3 - TG/TG30/TG32 - M15 - OR - WDI 32/RPORI 32 - XRB - K702 - RS10 - 56133 - RD-10
