PS SEAL KAS Type D can be subjected to pressure from both sides. The pressure difference is up to 0.1 MPa
admissible. Separation of two different fluids is possible using a single sealing ring. The second lip
it can also act as a scraper or dust cover lip.
PS SEAL KAS rotary shaft seals are particularly characterized
from low friction and their operation without stick-slip, therefore
reducing heat development and allowing greater
peripheral speeds.

APPLICATIONS
Sealing on rotating machine elements, such as shafts, bushings and axles in the presence of high peripheral speeds, high pressures and/or high temperatures. Resistant to aggressive chemicals thanks to the excellent chemical resistance of PTFE. For dry or insufficient lubrication applications thanks to the excellent friction coefficient of PTFE.
