TPD seal has been developed specifically for being mounted on complete pistons or in closed housing. It is composed of 4 elements, which, assembled together, ensure an optimal sealing: the Nitrile part coupled with the Polyurethane seal, under pressure, produce a radial load on the sealing ring. The barrier generated is strong enough to reduce wear and low friction absorption. The two rings in Acetal Resin work as guide rings for the sealing elements and avoid extrusion.
